An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join the Outpatient Physiotherapy Services team at Macquarie University Health in a fixed term capacity (Open to full-time and part-time hours) Working within our specialist medical and multidisciplinary programs, you will be responsible for the continued development and provision of high-quality exercise physiology services to patients with a range of complex and chronic health and lifestyle-related conditions.
As Australia's first and only fully integrated academic health sciences centre, Macquarie University Health offers a unique clinical-academic environment where evidence-based practice meets innovation. You will work alongside leading medical and allied health clinicians across programs including the Endocrinology-led multidisciplinary Healthy Weight Clinic, Cardiology services and Oncology programs. This is an ideal role for a clinician who thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
Beyond clinical practice, you will have the opportunity to contribute to teaching programs within Macquarie University's Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences, and to participate in research and quality improvement initiatives that directly shape the future of exercise physiology and allied health services.
